Top Notch! Having used several duct cleaning companies in my forty+ years as a homeowner, I can honestly say that Purity Duct Cleaning is the "Best of the Best"! On the day of my appointment it was -40 outside, and their company still showed up when they said they would ;) The tech (Kevin) was very thorough and respectful in all aspects, explaining what needed to be done and answering all my questions. Once done, my furnace is definitely breathing better, and the house feels (and smells) much cleaner! After Kevin left, the only thing I had to do myself was rip off all the OTHER Duct-cleaning Company stickers... Leaving only one - PURITY DUCT CLEANING!

Purity Duct Cleaning came to clean my duct system yesterday, and although It's the day before Christmas Eve, but I MUST take the time to leave them a GLOWING review. I am so impressed! What an amazing company -- knowledgeable, honourable and with the highest professional standards. I had called them about a mould problem that was causing a foul odour to emanate from the vents each time the heat went on. Despite the challenges posed by this being a slab house, Kevin, the technician, did an impeccably thorough job of cleaning, and the house now smells WONDERFULLY fresh and clean. What is more, I had only contracted for a Silver cleaning package, but there was an unforeseen issue that created far more work than anticipated: Kevin showed me that someone had installed my dryer venting pipe incorrectly, linking it up with the house return-air vent -- this had resulted in the top section of the furnace being clogged with years of dryer lint. Kevin took all the extra time required to thoroughly clean out the A-coil from all those years of gunk. He spared no effort, seeing to it that everything was done to the highest standard, even though it had turned out to be a much more time-consuming job than I had contracted for. And to rectify my incorrectly installed dryer pipe -- which was in no way Purity's responsibility -- Tyler, the boss himself, showed up this very morning to disengage it from the furnace and make sure it vented separately. And he refused to charge me for the extra visit! Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year, Kevin and Tyler! I wish all companies were more like you!
